			Caroline Guthrie LRPS LBIPP has extensive Customer Relationship Management experience, gained from a career working with people in photography and IT, in the UK and overseas. Caroline is responsible for the general management of Oscilltye, customer and consultant administration and also provides qualified photography services through Caroline Guthrie Photography.

Mark Guthrie MBA has extensive telecoms experience, gained in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the Far East, Middle East, South Africa, Australia and America. Mark started off from an electronics background and after intensive in-house Cable & Wireless (C&W) training, developed his skills through operations, sales, and marketing in both fixed and mobile sectors, including 3rd Generation (3G).

Warwick Business School (created and delivered a project advising Prodrive Automotive Technology Global's MD on the exploitation of new technology, which the thesis analysed); and successfully delivered telecoms consulting projects in a number of culturally diverse environments, for end users including Mobile Network Operators, Regulators and Infrastructure suppliers.
